The information provided in the Multi-Jurisdictional Business Form (the “Form”) will assist the Gaming Regulator (“GR”) in evaluating the application. The GR reserves the right to seek further information at any time as it may consider necessary.

Applicants/associates are to note that the GR’s evaluation will also involve checks on the applicant/associate and their key personnel with, including but not limited to the following:-
