Compliance Monitoring

Fixed Penalties

The schedule of fixed penalties for casino gaming operators operating in Jamaica refers to predetermined fines imposed for specific violations or breaches of the Casino Gaming Act or associated regulations in the casino gaming industry. These penalties are designed to ensure compliance with gaming laws and maintain the integrity of the casino industry. The fixed penalties guide will be updated periodically based on amendments to the Casino Gaming Act or associated regulations.
