All casino operators must operate according to robust, well-documented, auditable internal controls and minimum standards.

 

These controls and standards cover various aspects of casino management, ranging from financial transactions to game operations and surveillance, and are essential for preventing fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities.

 

The Commission prescribes minimum internal controls (MICs) to ensure the integrity and security of casino operations in Jamaica, and a casino’s internal controls must comply with these minimum standards
